Whenever you visit our Service, we collect information that your browser sends to us that is called Log Data. When you register a User Account ("account") on our Service, you must provide a username and a valid email address. When you register a server on our Service, we collect all the information given to us during the submission. Your server will periodically be queried from our Service by using the Minecraft Server List Ping protocol. This action will collect additional information about your server as provided to us by the Server List Ping protocol.
A server will be identifiable by the submitted server IP address and associated port combination. By registering a server on our Service, you agree that parts of the submitted server data will be publicly viewable by any visitor of our Service.
When you vote for a server on our Service, we will collect your IP address and submitted Minecraft username. We use the collected IP address to detect and prevent abuse of the voting system. Your IP address and Minecraft username will be shared with the server for which was voted.
When you ("Customer") place an order on our Service, you will be asked to provide us your legal name along with other Billing Information such as your address and — in case Customer represents a company — a Business Name and Registration Number. This information will be kept for legal reasons only.
Our website uses various third party services. Some of these third party service might require cookies to work.
The listed Third Party services may have access to your Personal Information to perform the tasks assigned to them on our behalf. However, they are obligated not to disclose or use the information for any other purpose.
We use Cloudflare (based in San Francisco, California, United States), a Content Delivery Network ("CDN") and DDoS protection service to speed up our Service and to protect our Service from various types of attacks. Cloudflare may place cookies on the browser and track various visitor characteristics in order to detect malicious visitors and to reduce the chance of blocking legitimate users.

We use the hCaptcha anti-bot service (hereinafter "hCaptcha") on our Service. This service is provided by Intuition Machines, Inc., a Delaware US Corporation ("IMI"). hCaptcha is used to check whether the data entered on our Service has been entered by a human and not by an automated program. To do this, hCaptcha analyzes the behavior of the website visitor based on various characteristics, which starts automatically as soon as the website visitor enters a part of the Service with hCaptcha enabled. For this analysis, hCaptcha evaluates various information (e.g. IP address, duration of the visit, or user mouse movements). The data collected during the analysis will be forwarded to IMI. Visitors are not informed that such an analysis is taking place if the user is not shown a challenge.
Any visitor can request to have their information removed from our Service by contacting us. Please note that we might request additional information from you in order to confirm the identity of the user and to identify which information should be removed from our Service. Please also note that we may maintain information about an individual sales transaction in order to complete that transaction and for record keeping purposes.
A User Account can be closed from within the dashboard of said account, visit the dashboard clicking on this link. To prevent abuse, you are required to be signed into your account before being able to proceed with the account removal process. Copies of your account information might be kept in offline backups, which will automatically be deleted after the period of thirty (30) days.
Securing your data, both online and offline, is a priority for us and we value your trust in providing us your Personal Information. We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information and ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk.
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of thirteen (13). We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under thirteen (13). In the case we discover that a child under thirteen (13) has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to take necessary actions.
